Yoga 101 Workshops

Wednesday 17th, 24th, 31st January & 7th Feb. Through experience we have found the best way to begin a yoga practice is to step in and start somewhere. Classes are a great way to immerse yourself straight in so we’ve developed this 4 week workshop style program incorporating the fundamental teachings of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing), asana (poses) & meditation. Each week we will dive into some Yoga philosophy such as “What is Yoga”. And because it’s called Yoga practice so we will practice some of the fundamental yoga poses of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga also to get you moving....
